Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement or returns is subject to approval by management.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason or the product is damaged or defective, you can return your items shipped by Verdure Wellness Pvt. Ltd. for a prompt exchange on conditional circumstances*.
- Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
- For full credit, orders must be cancelled within 4 hours of payment!
- If your order has already shipped before a cancellation has been requested, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in the pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability.
- If your order is canceled by us for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
